What shipping companies do you use?

The majority of orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Ground Advantage packages are delivered in 2-5 business days and USPS Tracking® service and insurance is included. If your shipping address is a P.O. Box, or if you are located in Alaska or other non contiguous states, we may send your order via USPS Priority Mail.

FEDEX is our express delivery choice. Express shipments will incur and additional shipping charge.

Do you offer Express Shipping?

Yes, orders with FEDEX Express Shipping (Express Saver, 2nd Day, or Standard Overnight) will be discussed during your consultation meeting. Please note that the transit time for Express Shipping excludes weekends. For example, if your order ships Standard Overnight on a Friday it will not arrive until Monday. Overnight shipping may not be possible to certain locations in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands. We will contact you if your shipping choice is not possible.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

We ship to all 50 states, U.S. military bases, territories, possessions, and Freely Associated States. We do not currently ship outside the United States.

Can you ship to a P.O. Box address?

Yes. If your shipping address is a P.O. Box, we will send your order via USPS. Please note that USPS is not an express choice, and may take longer than standard ground shipping to a residential address.

Do you ship "Signature Required"?

Although we do not normally ship "signature required", we are happy to do so upon request. If you want your order shipped "signature required", please put "Ship Signature Required" in the Comments box during checkout.

What is the shipping transit time?

We ship from Brentwood, California. Most orders are shipped via USPS. If your shipping address is a P.O. Box or if you are located in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands, we may send your order via USPS. Visit the USPS FedEx Ground Map and use our shipping zip code (94513) to estimate Fedex shipping transit time to your location. Be aware ground shipment transit times are estimates. To guarantee prompt delivery, select an Express Shipping option during checkout.

Returns

Due to the custom nature of each Chronobox, returns are approved on a case-by-case basis. We carefully package each Chronobox to minimize potential damage. The most likely issue is inaccurate information contained in the Chronobox, which is why the proofing process is vital to getting things right the first time.
